In January of 2021, I was asked to capture a surprise proposal for Sydney and Chris that coming spring. Chris couldn’t wait any longer to ask Sydney to be his bride. So our surprise proposal turned into an engagement session instead! Shortly after they chose to add on their wedding reception later that same year and it was such a fun and exciting year getting to know this sweet couple.
Sydney and Chris celebrated their marriage twice! They exchanged vows at the beach with their closest family and friends then had a huge party at Heirloom Farm Wedding and Special Events Venue in Bessemer, Alabama.
Of course we had to do a first look! Even though they were already married; Chris hadn’t seen this dress yet!
The venue was absolutely gorgeous with the most perfect day.
I mean, who doesn’t love a tree swing? And just look at that field!
We couldn’t pass up the beautiful sunset during the party either!
